At Dropoutss, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please reach out to us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right immediately.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
